Fresh look for a commercial real estate business

Challenge

LVNG is a commercial real estate business located in Germany that focuses on the Berlin market, with the potential to expand into other cities. The company got its name from the word LIVING but was shortened for a modern touch. I worked closely with the founders/CEOs to build a professional yet approachable personality in a typically unexciting, stark-looking industry.

Solution

The goal was achieved by connecting the real estate side of LIVING with the human side. The two missing “i” in the company’s name became the main brand element by using them to represent windows.

Windows are a recognizable representation of real estate and its functionality. Multiple metaphors for windows bring in the human aspect, standing for new opportunities, chances, dreams, hopes, and a fresh breeze on a sun-filled morning. Choosing a warm yellow as the primary color emphasized the approachable personality of the brand.
